Ive been doing calisthetics and cardio and I feel amazing

did cycling armless like roadman activities for liek 10km. Then been doing hella pushups, pullups, both wide to build shoulders cuz thats all that matters. And also training neck.

I feel better and feel higher t and feel like i can announciate more and speak more. Maybe its the neck exercises? I always layed my head down so much cuz my head was always too big for my neck but now thats being fixed i feel normal.
