The former employer was a shitty small consulence firm, they promised me that they would give me a position but suddenly just cut me out for no reasons at all. I started with sending hundreds of CV across all Italy and Europe for positions strictly related to my field of studies. All of those were internships or junior positions. Got only 3 interviews out of It and i couldn't make past the first stage in any of those. One was very technical and i almost aced It if not for some details on recent banking Cris that only insiders knew, not good enough to get hired. Now i'm sending CVs in my area for lower ranked Jobs, i applied even for warehouse worker. I have a master degree in finance with 110/110 and some experience. The unemployement rate for post graduates Is extremely small in Italy and that should be for the low achievers anyway. Some ppl just cannot get into society

This statement doesn't even make sense. How am i supposed to go abroad, rent a room with no guarantee of being hired anyway? Do you really think firms prefer ppl Who cannot speak the domestic language over natives?

Rent a place before finding a job. Don't work at a firm. Get a job at a call center or something. Just travel and have fun.

You'll be alright. I've done that my whole adult life. Builds character. Couldn't tell ya how many times I've traveled on one way tickets to different continents to start a new life with anywhere from $600 to $10,000 in my pocket. Call center work is very easy to get to keep you afloat if you're at least fluent in English.

Renting a place abroad with Italian salary while being unemployed, he probably lives of unemployment-welfare at the moment, they won’t even respond his apply and think it’s joke or something

I could end up exactly like you. I've been out on performance improvement plan. Basically they want me out.

I'm gonna be looking for jobs too. I'm worried nothing will match the wage + flexibility I had with my current job.

Ironically they guarantee predictability, i'm a uni student in Italy and have difficulty getting shit jobs just because the turnover rate for students is high. They rather get some indian who has nothing else

You grinch.

not a good job you dumbass
only 3 males and 2 females from my class are unemployed and males outnumbered females by a lot like 4:1, all have a good job. females don't get better jobs that's just incel hating.

gigacope. girls get a job as sson as they done with first degree
The amount of times i've seen employers specifically select for young female workers in the third sector(the most lucrative)is absurd. Might aswell quit uni and go farming if you aren't top percentile competence-wise in the third sector(banking, managment, services etc). Its just about sucking the right dick anyway, male or female

They think you are overqualified for it, thats why. They're scared they will hire you for the warehouse but you'll find something better because you're educated. Or maybe they think you'll be lazy, because you're educated. They would rather hire uneducated worker drone.
