I’ve been measuring and counting calories for so long(since 15-16) that I don’t even need my fitness pal or even a food scale to lose or gain weight

Might low-key be a bad thing

I just track everything I eat throughout the day in my head now, as well as the appropriate calories for each. It’s really not a lot of information if u condense ur meals throughout the day, and since my diet hasn’t really changed for the last 4-6 years I already know the measurements for everything ima eat and can sorta feel it out

So losing weight or gaining is just turbo easy for me and not even a bother ngl

Chinese people have this fucking function built in while it took you time to get it, now read this again
