Regarding men:
seen some pseudo bodybuilders/gym maxxers
some had 6 packs, but they looked like over-bulked (abs muscles), seemed weird
basically 0 these "connor murphy fuckable physique" people
but 2 important things:
- frame
- low body fat
Some steroids users and gym lovers were walking around and did not impress my at all
and suddenly saw this teen lifeguard with naturally long clavicles - he mogged everyone despite being low in body mass <only decently low body fat>
So what should you do?
Keep body lvl as low as possible (AND high testosterone as possible, just dont f your hormones theory>
If u are gymmaxing dont expect to get crazy results but at least focus on:
neck (I mog most ppl and still basically no one workouts it)
side shoulders workout
back (this is my strategy to only do pull ups, I dont want to look like a "thick" retard, its all about the V-shape)
Regarding women:
This is more like offtopic part
first of all women made me a little bit depressing
a) the amount of women that I found attractive there was much smaller than on streets
why? any sign of fat on belly body was a huge turn off. Some women looked fckable, but the fact they had like some fat on stomach made me disgusted
b) body genetics for women do matter- the famous 90/60/90 matters
large boobs (while being really slim) matters, and whats also important for women is short clavicle bone (not looking manly) + waistline
