Not really without hardmaxing, later in life you could grow a beard if u want

Your problems can only be fixed with surgery. No goatee will fix that chin, and chin is still slightly visible with a goatee. Research some chin and jaw surgeries

thanks lad , so my jaw is kinda short and small overall proportionally to my face
