That is only tech startups like the ones I work at but I still like to dress formally because I don't want to feel like I am going to a park when I work. I always wear a trousers, a belt, a dress shirt, leather shoes, a watch and a casual linen blazer and occasionally a tie and carry a leather brief case.

Sucks tbh. I personally love classic style..i like street style and wear it regularly too but nothing mogs the understated class and elegance and always to dress like this when I can. People might label you as a tryhard but I don't really care. @Chadeep

Smart casual is what I dress. My blazers aren't as old school like in thay video. They are slim cut but still bespoke, well fitted and look great. I have many sports coats that I often wear. A few in tweed, a few in linen and cotton. I often get compliments. I rarely wear a full on suit tho.

Go to thirft stores. You can get great clothes on ebay too. I've seen beautiful Ralph Lauren pieces go for dirt cheap on ebay
