2-3 times per week heavy lifting is optimal and should do walking and calisthenics the rest of the time

Yea it makes me sleepy during my work also jfl at feeling leg pain the day after you don't want that

I do 2-3 times per week full body but the doms makes me want to just rot and not even walk outside
