So I've been able to completely clear my face out of pimples using minocycline and after cancelling it I succeded in maintaining it with skincare with BP + isotretionin gel (not tretionin, it's a gel with isotretionin which is unique for my country). But I have lots of post-inflammatory red spots on my skin. What are the best ways to get rid of them fast?

Search up for a skincare routine to reduce pigmentation, I personally dont know whats the best

I have minocycline 100mg for 30 days (i haven't started yet), u mind help me with some questions?
did u have side effects?
for how long and what dose did u take it? (when did you notice results?)
Do u have any specific diet?

I also cycled mino at 100 mg for a month, started seeing reduction in acne 2 weeks onwards, after 1 month of 100 mg/day reduced the dosage to 100 mg every other day for 2 weeks, then cancelled it. I had no side effects at all and haven't changed my diet much, I just eat less junk food and sugar. Luckily, the results after antibiotics appear to be sustainable as I cancelled it 2 weeks ago and have had no breakouts since then, I think my skin even keeps improving.

Try microneedling for the hyperpigmentation or tretinoin
