I've developed adhd like symptoms but didn't have them before

I didn't have adhd whatsoever, i could focus really well and remember things very well too but now since the last few months im starting to develop adhd-like symptoms A LOT, i forget things very easily, not long term but short term things(working memory) and 100% of my symptoms align with those who have adhd, and believe me it sucks, mental clarity has gone to shit, the only time i have less thoughts in my head is when im in the gym or doing some physical work, is there a solution to this? Is this adhd or just brain fog? Should i start taking some medications for it? How can i fix it?

Theres so many things it can be if its affecting u that bad ask ur doctor since hell have do blood work to see if its hormone related or if its something else u could have adult onset adhd but i really doubt it tho

Exactly adult adhd is doubtful, i might have to get my blood work done, my diet and sleep is on point tho idk why it's happening

Psychiatrist gf who gives you pussy everyday helps with the symptoms a lot
