I didn't have adhd whatsoever, i could focus really well and remember things very well too but now since the last few months im starting to develop adhd-like symptoms A LOT, i forget things very easily, not long term but short term things(working memory) and 100% of my symptoms align with those who have adhd, and believe me it sucks, mental clarity has gone to shit, the only time i have less thoughts in my head is when im in the gym or doing some physical work, is there a solution to this? Is this adhd or just brain fog? Should i start taking some medications for it? How can i fix it?
