If I wanna have cake I try n make it myself using actual ingredients

U won’t get bones or any height improvement eating primal but you’ll just have better health indicators, lighter eyes better hair, clear skin and more than likely a lower bf percentage I take a ray peat without vegetables primal diet and it’s really worked for me
