Ive felt like this for the longest

Its like i notice for a moment that it feels like im living on auto pilot. Then i think about it more and it feels like there is some kind of sentience to grasp to make me feel more alive and aware but it is just out of hands reach and i can never fully grasp ahold of it. I can feel it there when i notice it … but its like im not fully sentient or something. Or like a lost sentience from when i was younger that i am trying to reclaim. Then it slowly fades away and i go back to auto pilot.

i have a similar feeling too, its not even the sentience thing, it's more like i've just lost the ability to feel the emotions as strong as it was back when i was younger
