Even though my account was made this year I've been viewing this forum since late 2023. It has made me look better in some ways but it has destroyed my mental health. I've found that, no joke me going outside and copying someone I love watching (Goatis/imkmarcus) has made my life so much more enjoyable. I used to have 18-20h of screen time a day and never go outside. Going outside and being in the sun eating meat more not even raw, I'm trying to start eating raw meat and eggs. I'm in school again, and people are talking to me and I've been told I look skinner and sound older now. This has really made my life have some form of meaning and I'm not being bullied, still no girls approaching me but I'm not being bullied atleast. If you read this far and where in the same position as me, I know it may be hard but start watching people like Aajonus, Goatis and imkmarcus (tiktok handle) he is really cool and follow what they do get out in the sun and try to eat like them.
