I've got a formal event in ~60 hours, how do I debloat effectively for that or is there a point

go for a run i wouldn't recommend dehydrating also get rod of wtaer retention or morning puffines use a gua sha or with sour hands massage your face its a short term debloating meaning it wont stay for a long time

Bodybuilders use them before competitions, besides not eating, drinking, staying in a sauna, etc. to look as dry and ripped as possible, some went overboard and even died from this.

starve/ diueretics laxatives saunas drink a lot of water drink a lot of caffeine energy drinks where your stomach burns
 
debloating takes some time to really show results but you might see slight changes within 24 hours of starting your approach if done consistently and correctly!
