When I was little my teeth were really fucked up (shark teeth) I was lucky asl to have a mom that cared about that and sent me to a orthodontist when I was around 10-11 to give me a pallet expander and braces. The pallet expander helped my teeth so much I only had to have braces for 3 months. Plus I got the pallet expander when I was young which I think set me up for a really good puberty - lucky as hell
