Ive grown 9cm since I started trade school

I came here November 19th at 16 and at 180cm(slightly under 5'11)tall and about 145 pounds and now Im 189cm (slightly under 6'3) tall and 150 pounds at 17 majority of the growth came this summer nurses said I'm tanner stage 3 and am expected to track to 6'5-6'8 by the time Im 19 I've also gone up a shoe size from a 11 to 13

I feel much healthier in this forest then I was back home I work I play football and basketball I eat twice a day I bask in the sun im sleeping more
