Drugs seem to be great for leanmaxxing. Ever since the rave on NYE I've had absolutely 0 appetite. I still eat a couple of small meals as it's too unhealthy to not eat anything. But I hardly feel like eating at all. Drugs must've messed with my hormones/brain in a positive leanmaxxing way.

Tbh I think it's not the drugs, cuz I've used all these drugs before and it would never result in a decreased appetite.

I've been using NAC (N-AcetylCysteine) on a large dose since the rave. Using it for the first time, as I read it can reduce organ+brain damage resulting from drugs use. I want to keep using recreational drugs for as long as my organs allow it, so I need to preserve them.

Using about 3grams/day, half in the morning, half in the evening.


I have fucking 0 appetite. 0 cravings. I just eat 1-2 small healthy meals that barely account to 1500 kcal together and I feel saturated and fine. Also don't feel low-energy or anything, no negative effects.

Now what am I reading about NAC?

The NAC rats ate a lot less of the “ice cream cake,” but they didn’t change their intake of normal rat food. So in other words, NAC reduced their pleasure-driven eating, but not hunger-driven eating. The researchers concluded that NAC effectively reduced binge eating behavior.

So if you feel “addicted to sugar” or you’re constantly struggling with a compulsive desire to eat junk food, this study suggests that NAC might help.

This might be the supplement that will finally get me <14% bodyfat.
