So an orthodontic decided to take 2 upper teeth away at a young age 😾. The doctor happened to be a type of person that’s like mort from family guy.

Can I still achieve CCW bimax despite this? Or no. If not I’ll be really upset

Because they are Jews and want power.
Doesn’t it cause your jaw to lose structure over time and also people always report getting jaw issues in the long term after extractions?

I’m 15 and I don’t want it to get worse. How do I make sure it doesn’t get worse?? Do I get a surgery or something or talk to the orthodontists?

I’m not too sure about this but I have heard you can get teeth fillings in the gaps where you had your tooth removed maybe speak with an ortho about this

Control the your chewing to not get clicking etc. And then you do trimax later in life

Will my jaw continue to worsen along with my other facial structure? Or will my upper thirds stay the same?

How do I know if I have a TMJ problem or not
Open your mouth fully, do you hear any clicks ? Jutt your jaw back and forward, side to side. You hear any clicks ? Then you might have TMJ

I do need trimax and know I have TMJ, but It does depend on how severe it is
Cracks whenever I move my jaw to the right. My parents have heard it alot especially when I chew

Then you are good, and your joints are probably still growing so just be cautious about your chewing and you will be good

After I stretched my mouth side to side up and down for a minute my upper jaw felt a bit tight…

Yes same here, the thing is that trimax caneither fix or make it worse depending on the occlusion and the CCW etc. It makes the surgery more risky

Should I chew or no?
You should chew with closed mouth and not do too big movements unnecessary. And you should fix your occlusion at the dentist so you don't have any sort of cross bite or something else.

I think I might have TMJ. It’s clicking the more I do it especially towards the right. I’m so devastated rn

It's not about it getting worse, if it gets worse and the TMJ don't stop after bimax your joint will wear down. And your bimax movements will relapse. This is why clicking is bad is because it's literally confirmation that you are doing movements that wear down the joint

It's fine but be careful with it, the more it clicks the more it wears down. So just do movements that doesn't make it click.

Will the clicking make your bones wear down even if you've not had any surgery? So they just get gradually worse? That would be a nightmarish descension

Yes if it clicks it will weardown, and this is irreversible. So stop doing movements that make it click. And the thing is that it can cause bone absorption on one side. Idiopathic condylar resorption. This is the biggest reason for jaw assymetries
