So an orthodontic decided to take 2 upper teeth away at a young age . The doctor happened to be a type of person that’s like mort from family guy.

You should chew with closed mouth and not do too big movements unnecessary. And you should fix your occlusion at the dentist so you don't have any sort of cross bite or something else.
