I’ve had all my premolars extracted at a young age. Should I get MARPE?

Just asking if I should get Marpe. My palate doesn’t look hyper narrow, but that’s because of camouflage orthodontics and extractions.

That would be up to the surgeon. They can widen the palate during Lefort if that makes the bite line up, that’s what I was told at my consultation.

I heard Marpe at 17 with face mask can possibly do most of the heavy lifting. I’ll consult
