I've had chronic lower back pain for about a year

And it's gotten worse in the last few months

There's different pains, but the main one is a tight pain, almost like cramp, on the right side just above my ass. Gets worse when sitting or standing too long

I think it's gotta be something related to a structural problem, like twisted hips, cos my hips are not level

Inb4 a certain user comes talking about some drug cycle or something
