Ive just come to a realization that when i was around 7-8 i had a free palate expander and i wasted it.

So when i was around like 7-8 my teeth were really crooked so i went to the dentist with my parents. They said because my teeth were still growing i should get this little thingy (i didn't think it was important at that time) its one of those removable colored expanders but it still would've been better than my shitty narrow palate now, its not severe but not any good either, it was like a lime green color i remember or smthn like that. Since when we got it we didn't know what to do with it i just wore it without even moving it at all because my father wasn't listening when we were there and when he was being told that we need monthly check ups also. Maybe if my mother was there she would've listened and did the right thing and saved my stupid life. Once i wore it for a few months we went to the dentist to see what we need to do with this thing and they were dissapointed,they told us that we did nothing and that we don't need to wear it anymore (cage) but that we should've moved it a little bit. Now im thinking if i could find this box with the expander and maybe try to clean it shave it and use it again, the problem is im supposed to get braces soon so i dont know what to do, maybe ask about the expanders and braces or say nothing. Ive also been considering thumbpulling but im pretty sure thats bullshit. I'm 15 right now and too fucking poor to get an MSE treatment that might work along with braces, perhaps i could elongate the appointment for the braces and get either new palate expanders or find the old ones.I don't know how long would i like to elongate it since my biggest insecurity have been my teeth.

Don't use the old ones. Talk with your orthodontist about getting a palate expander.

If you can split the suture by lots of thumbpulling then mew + thumbpull daily it might work, but you've got to split the suture.

Ideally pulling at first molars is best since that's where zygos are affected
