Word. It feels good working towards a goal. I’m doing good in school and I’m doing good in the gym. Who cares about women at that point

I started at 90 currently 86 but my body is still changing although weight has plateaud, went from an XXL-L in clothing size and started October, miring your progress I too shall be peeled in come april

I used to be incredibly obese. I wasn’t taught good eating habits growing up. By the time I was 18 I was 120kg obese. Then I got lean, and then I let myself go again by becoming a proxy alcoholic

Now I’ve quit drinking and I’m trying to get my life back on track. It’s harder not drinking than eating cleanly. In my culture you can’t be social and sober tbh

It still fat. You need to go down to 74-76kg
I know, I’m very fat. Even at 76kg I’d be chubby, I first get abs around 73 and the bottom ones start showing at 71. But I’ve built a lot of muscle so it’s probably gonna be higher weight that abs are gonna show.

I’m good gang, I’m just plain fat. I’ll make a thread when I got abs in April probably. I take a video and weigh myself every Sunday morning

I grew up skinny but when I was 14 I began getting pocket money and been spending it all on food and over the past 3 years gained 30kg

I do buy my own groceries separate of my famil but my parents play no role in my weight loss, it's quite the opposite, my mum forces me to eat food and whenever she asks if I want something to eat and even though I say no she still makes it and my dad keeps telling me to take days off of the gym, also my motivation to lose weight is mostly not wanting to be fat and making a good impression on people come university, my highschool life is already fucked, it's so insane how bad you get treated just because you eat more than the average person, I used to be one of them and bullied my older brother when I was younger due to him being fat and me being underweight, i guess its my karma, also skinny people masquerade their hatred against fat people as jokes or caring about others healths but being in their position at one point it's more akin to racism and looking at something you hate, insane comparison but thats literally what it is :Comfy:

Im 6‘0 and 85kg and I feel fat as fuck. Even at 78kg I had normal weight I wasn’t lean at all.

I lost 20 pounds dude. I’m cutting down on intake during the day and eating through 4-12 on the weekdays. Or should I fast all week?

I kinda do intermittent fasting, but not really. I wake up 5AM and bang gym. But I first eat around 8AM and then my last meal is dinner around 6PM. So I only eat around there, but I only eat two meals breakfast and dinner. Then fruit and vegetables throughout the day

I unironically can’t lose weight that way. I don’t exercise frequently. So, I just found dieting 16:8 easier
