For the past 8 months, I have been regularly microfracutring by Masaai jumps, without missing a month, while eating raw meat and raw milk and seared meat (rawish meat), rejecting all plants (to have no interference of anti nutrients), and rejecting all caffeine (to have no interference on testosterone), and doing microfracturing only at home days (not at job days with physical work).
The result? I was 6 feet. Today, measuring at a doctor's office, I am 6 feet. I gained no growth. After many many dozens of days of this effort.
In fact, exercise ages your face from stress, and grows your muscles (which take extra mitochondria and nutrients, ageing your face and organs), and growing the most worthless leg muscles which are also unique and might not be lost (being kept big) even if you lose weight (making you disproportionate looking, overweight / underweight looking, lacking mobility to run and defend yourself, and chronically ageing you from extra mitochondria and nutrients).
My plan is to stop growth maxxing now completely, I will finally lose weight to 70 kilograms (right now I am 85, obese), relocate to a big city, and then having access to good food which is not accessible in my small city, I will start growth maxxing again, but doing it truly top level perfect without mistakes: eating raw liver, raw clabber, raw butter or at least wild animal yellow fat, those foods have the most growth nutrients on Earth, and I will do microfracturing only and only before sleep, which is the time of most of repair and growth (meaning day time is minority), and avoiding having a physical position job and choosing a different position job at a warehouse which will have low physical stress (with certain ways of achieving that).
This was my experiment of height growth at 24, my current work, and my future plan because I am still not 30.
