only thing that matters is looking big in a t shirt , women only look at what they can see , nobody is gonna see ur abs with a shirt on , shoulders , arms , neck and forearms are the only things a gymcel should focus on and some pullups for back width .

Still be lean , but u dont needa train ur abs is what im saying .
I focus primarily on shoulders while maintaning overall lean body

I have very wide shoulders and filled out arms but dont have super defined abs and my younger nephews and cousins are like “ now u just need the abs bro:feelsuhh:

so it got me thinking most youngercels are obsessed with abs and shit but fail to realize not a single women has even commented on my abs , all they do is grope my shoulders and arms so yes there is a pre conceived notion that abs are everything but thats simply not the case , throw a shirt on and ur basically invisible..

Abs dont really matter as much as people think
Ideal body is Wide shoulders with good ratio to hips, leannes adonis belt, good vascularity having wide shoulders is the biggest mog you can have
Abs are good for younger guys since its easy to get them

True , i mean the ONLY exception is if u live in a tropical area with beaches , outdoor resorts, if not then its literally pointless yes .

Having too defined abs can actually be a negative. It implies having a very low body fat % which is not something women like.

Yes , i love doing iso lateral rows and pull ups . I hate every other lifts like deadlifts , squats etc . It put so much stress on my back and those workouts spike my cortisol so hard . I stopped doing intense compounds just cause i saw literal no point.

Understandable, I love Doryan yates rows since they are fun but yeah :feelshmm: little cortisol then and now is not so bad :feelsrope:
