no estrogen deficiency is obviously death tier for your health, it's kind of like a trade
during puberty: lower estrogen for height, it nukes your brain capacity and other stuff for a while but after you stop, it will stabalise after a few months [sometimes even 2 years] and you'll permanently be taller
ofc, the aromasin studies on height are on dwarves 12-14, which seems optimal, though people here take it after 14

Estrogenminning is a strong word.

Im on 350 test 150 EQ which means my estrogen could be fine, could be nuked. Going in for high sensitivity E2 testing soon
