Before I was doing regular chin over bar pull ups, but now I'm pulling to my upper chest, or at least bottom of collarbones
I can only do 4-5 this way before I can no longer make contact between this area and the bar, whereas I could do 8-9 regular pull ups.
Better to build strength in harder variations/full range of motion
