I've started doing my pull ups chest to bar

Before I was doing regular chin over bar pull ups, but now I'm pulling to my upper chest, or at least bottom of collarbones

I can only do 4-5 this way before I can no longer make contact between this area and the bar, whereas I could do 8-9 regular pull ups.

Better to build strength in harder variations/full range of motion

I do pull-ups almost everyday since I was 14 years old. Can do like 17-18 now and 40 chin ups. Youd expect i do like 60 but nah

Wrong. I just have lovely fertile hips. I have no boobs. My hips are wonky af too though. Maybe it contributes to my lower back pain

It's far more natural and is compound movements which are better. Chimps would suck at lifting weights but would be great at calisthenics. Be more like a chimp

Wdym compound, pull ups are lats isolation you barely work anything else

stress on muscle is just stress on muscle nigger and weights often allow you to do that more efficiently
