my nearby supermarket got a new section with sweets they looked so good I couldnt resist and had to buy them, now I cant force myself to stop anymore. I had a streak of 5 months were I barely ate sweets.

well ur still on a streak if you were me. I see streak as a good motivation but once your streak is over, your body completelty shuts down and thinks its over.

I think of it as how many times have i did this in a year.

So in 12 months lets say you ate 3 sweats.

thats 3 sweats in 1 year.

Compared to last year where you ate like 20. maybe every 2-3 weeks.
