You dont know that yet. He can have small nasion projection therefore he can have proper forward growth for his genetic potential. His chin might look a bit recessed because of the bimaxillary protrusion which is common in op's ethnicity

No you cant sense it lol. Cant see his nasion therefore cant assume his sna nor snb angle. His chin looks a bit small and the cause could be because his chin is recessed but also he can have projected alveolar ridges.
When you have small nasion and overly projected maxilla/chin you become a dog.

And genetics can recess you. In fact most malocclusions are caused by genetics. And malucclusions cause recession.
