Sleep on your back. I sleep with a pillow under my knees so I don’t roll over on my side. Best way to further reduce any asymmetry. (Just read the rest of the thread you’re already doing that)
I just don’t roll over when i sleep, so i don’t need a pillow under my knees, im just sleeping without a pillow under my head because it fixed posture if you lay straight

i think my nose is the most asymmetrical part of my face, any way to fix that besides surgery ?Asymmetry aren’t really noticeable in real life until it’s severely and gone too far to the point where people notice it in real life and tell you. But if your on that way you can get braces, it helps a lot on lower mandible symmetry, and you can try out few facial massages don’t know if they work or not but that could help and search for sphenoid alignments, I want to fix my asymmetry too but I’m too lazy to read shit
fixing nose symmetry will be harder than mandible, I’ll give you known general tips sleep on back it will help you to not make it worse and probably also make it slightly symmetrical, also debloat because your face may be storing fat unevenly in nose( accutane is a good choise it helps also on pimples and acne but also has side effects) and yeah you can try facial exercises. Also if they don’t work and still want to stay natural last thing you probably can use is make up
already sleeping on back without pillow to fix posture even more so i don’t get no gamer neck
yeah I forgot about posture, it’s probably the main one to fix your neck posture and also your body’s posture if your body is asymmetrical then it will probably affect your face too
