Jaw expanders + lefort

I am certainly aware of the fact that I need jaw expansion (both upper and lower), there is crowding in my lower jaw and my mouth area is small.

But I also need DJS to fix my shitty airway and recession.

Which doctor can provide me with both?

Your maxfac will give you the best route, I’m getting MSE then Lefort+IMDO post that Invisalign for 6 months, I corrected most of my crowding however in my teens with braces dor years.

3 premolars and 1 molar fully destroyed. Only the roots left. Dentist told me to extract the remaining and get implants
