fillers in long run will fuck the soft tissues in your face, implants in long run can create bone erotion. (although doctors say if the implant is fixated with a screw, it cannot create bone erotion.)
fillers cannot give enough projection if you need more than a few milimeters, implants can any kind of projection depends on your face.
fillers create soft look implants acts like a hard bone so it's more realistic.
fillers can be augmented to have realistic results implants' design is crucial to have realistic look. some implant results look uncanny.
fillers are really quick implant need 1-6 months of healing process.
fillers are temporary and implants for life.

I remember his photos before the implant, and he was already that bloated. He didn't even loose his fat before putting an implant. He did it with a Peek implant too, the one that takes litteraly more than 4 months to swell down. And cherry on top he did it with a guy that doesn't know 0 aesthetics regarding implants : Dr. Joel Defrancq. There is already a thread about him btw, and when you look at his results, his results are quiet bad.
