Jaw implant or jaw surgery?

As u can see, I have a really weird head shape and my jaw is narrow as fk. Would I benefit more from jaw implants or jaw surgery. Also how bad do u think it looks?

Implants are generally better than actual bone changing surgeries in many ways tbh. Surgery if you want to change the base structure of your face, and implants if you want to change something secondary (like chin, gonions etc). Also consult a doc ofc they'd know better than everyone on this forum tbh. Just make sure they are "cosmetic" plastic surgeon, those who have worked in enhancing looks, and not reconstruction based surgeons, who have reconstructed faces, say of some accident victim.
