I don't know where this notion came in where, if you want to get jaw implants or custom wraparound or whatever, your only options are Eppley or maybe Yaremchuk. Ok, that might be true, FOR PLASTIC SURGEONS.
You can literally contact any maxillofacial surgeon and ask if this is something that they perform, and if they do, then you are in as good of hands as Eppley or Yaremchuk, maybe even better. It's literally and quoting Wiki specifically:
"An oral and maxillofacial surgeon is a regional specialist surgeon treating the entire craniomaxillofacial complex: anatomical area of the mouth, jaws, face, and skull, as well as associated structures. "
The reason you only keep hearing about Yaremchuck and Eppley, is because people who get these implants, are for some reason always choosing to go the route of going through a plastic surgeon to get this procedure, as opposed to just contacting a maxillofacial surgeon. As we know, the reason you wouldn't go to just any plastic surgeon to get this done, is due to the precision that is required for a jaw implant, this is something which is much more difficult to get right, compared to a chin implant, and this is why many surgeons don't perform this, and if they do, a lot of them are very bad at placing it right and making it look appealing, because these people are plastic surgeons, so they literally do any surgery that will make them money, they aren't maxillofacial surgeons which are literally educated on the specific part of your face that you want fixed.
Example: Dr Joel Defrancq. https://facialsculptureclinic.com/en/
Here we have a maxillofacial surgeon, not a plastic surgeon, and this is someone who performs jaw implants as well as wraparound. Just one way to tell how much more professional this guy is compared to any of the plastic surgeons out there, after you have received your implants, they will keep you there for an entire week afterwards for aftercare and make sure that you don't get an infection or have any other weird symptoms after you are done, as opposed to Eppley or Yaremchuck who will send you home 12 hours after the surgery.
TL;Dr: If you are looking to get jaw implants or wraparound, please contact a maxillofacial surgeon instead of a plastic surgeon, and don't listen to people telling you that Eppley and Yaremchuck are your only options, because again, they may be good, BUT they are just plastic surgeons.
