Are gonial implants really that cvcked even if they are conservative af:feelswah:?!
No. And it’s not necessarily about being conservative. It’s about designing it well and ensuring it integrates well with the soft tissue. That’s something almost no surgeon is able to do.

And to create sharp contour, you’ll always need filler.

Just get implants bro

Does integration depend on design? I know that porous implants (like Giant's ones) are better for soft tissue integration, but higher risk of infection... is that true?

This isn't a bad result the implants are just set too wide (failure on craniofacial analysis over the implants themselves), and his other poor features are obviously being used here as some reason but in reality the results are decent. If you improve the implants with more intentional/novel design and stick to 88-92% bigo ratios it will look better than this.

The best of all time was Oscar Ramirez, but now he's elderly and disgraced mostly doing BBLs and shit in miami. Not only did he pioneer the best designs and have the craziest results (I saw his BA folders in person), but he's the only one who was able to put the mandibular angle implants in through an incision under the chin endoscopically, removing the risk of infection. Too bad no one else had the skill to adopt that technique

No, that is negligible. The shape and how it fits with your anatomy is the key component, not drilling holes into your implant. Just a selling gimmick if you ask me, even if it does hold some theoretical basis.

so he retook your case?
I'll see him again in March and if he's convinced he'll put me on the waiting list (so at least another 4 months):y'all:

So pratically, what makes a jaw implant natural looking and long-lasting? What should I know before let Ramieri put IMPLATES on my jawbone?

Nobody knows is the real answer

Nobody has consistently delivered natural, aesthetic implant results.
