I had braces and wisdom teeth pulled, no elastics though, now this is my jaw.

before (2019-2020, 50kg)

WTF HAPPENED? weight gain? posture? angle? maybe ill take another pic but wtf?

I had 8 extractions and braces with elastics and nothing happened.

WTF?

Did I ruin my face? I look so fucking ugly now? Is this from wisdom teeth removal, braces or MK677? I look like I have a Acromegaly?

I just took new pic and retry the same angle as 2019 pic and this is what it looks like
WTF happened to my face? IT's completely different.

My lips also downward instead of neutral.

no man, something changed in my face and profile. wisdom teeth removal + braces (at 22)+ mk677 + 10kg + aging. I don't know which did it but it's worse and I don't know how to fix it. My jaw is fucking recessed now, it was good before.

I had mine removed July 17 2023 and am yet to see changes

Yea maybe, my overbite got worse since I didn't ask for extraction for braces and they wanted it due to overcrowding. Is this reversal? Maybe expander? I don't know what to do.
