Interestingly Im getting a slight impaction despite no gummy smile, and my surgeon said my teeth show will become bigger not smaller, desoite the imoaction. Maybe if you have enough forward projection of the teeth, it offsets that.

my nose length is ideal relatively speaking and so is my midface ratio but it looks off, what does impaction change then if it doesnt change nose length and philtrum (the things that literally make up midface)
