All she needed to do was get on a low carb diet and bodymaxx in the gym. She would’ve been a real life 7.5/8 with a slimmer face and a squat maxxed ass. Legit can’t even imagine shelling out probably $10k and enduring months of pain. Not to mention the lost income from not working the weeks after. To look worse than before... This is why you have to know exactly what you’re doing and do your research. You basically have to be just as educated on the surgery as the surgeon himself, once you factor in what you bring to the table with your knowledge of facial aesthetics.
