Jaw surgery in spain?

Hello, i have some problems with my jaw and breathing through my nose etc. Im from Poland and i want to have a double jaw surgery in Spain. What should i do in the first place? Go to orthodontist in my country?
If someone could explain how the whole process would look step by step that would be great!

You should first study about craniofacial conditions and orthognathic surgical procedures, try to determine what your failos are and based on that see what surgery you would need, because not every doctor is blackpilled and most of them will just focus on fixing functional problems, if you explain to your surgeon that you need more advancement or an specific ccw rotation degree (just examples btw) with logic and reasonable arguments, he may accept your request

In my opinion when it comes to jaw surgery most doctors can get out a good result because it's a relatively easy procedure

I already spoken once with ortho in my country, he said i need a double jaw surgery - both my jaw and maxilla needs to be moved forward, thats for sure. Im not sure about the rotations and other things. I can assume that i need a bimax with propably ccw rotation. I also have high-arched palate, problems with breathing through my nose and some constant inflamation going on in my nasopharynx area.

I heard that they do great surgeries in Italy and Spain and thats why im asking. What should be my first step?
