Nigga the surgeries are only expensive as shit in USA. Canada for example bimax at its peak is like 15k without insurance. And that's only 6 months or less of wage slaving. Not everyone has to move out of their home either

You act like 15k is even achieveble for any man who isn't making decent money. Most are stuck behind bills. Rent. Credit debit. This is not a all you can eat buffet or hunger games. This is still a niche surgery where only the best can afford it. An ugly guy getting this surgery doesn't prove my point either. Some guys have great careers or work 3 jobs just to afford cars or some other crazy expensive
