Yes, it is simply too major of an operation compared to a nose job.

A nose job is small, fast recovery and is not that expensive compared to double jaw for example. I think that would just be too extreme for the average person.

Jaw surgery is an invasive surgery. Most will never go through with it for this reason alone.

Jaw surgery only makes a real difference in cases with significant clincial recession of the jaws so even if you are right, it won't make a big difference for most people.
