Bro I have 16 yo,what will be results for me and what brand do you recommend for supps ?
 
I personally started taking vitamin D, zinc, magnesium at 17,now I'm 18 and my face got WAY MORE masculine.
Might be due to a growth spurt, but my sex drive went through the roof aswell, and I got more aggressive

I started taking Bulkpowders Optizinc (6,2mg zinc) daily in January 2019
I now started alternating it with Now foods zinc 50mg

Vitamin D and Zinc are the most important, and you're most likely to be deficient.

I take Bulkpowders 5000IU Vitamin D pills.

As for magnesium I just take it in a local store, but I don't take excessive amounts af it, just 200mg daily, you can easily find it on the internet, preferably if you're serious about this go with 400mg

That's the same zinc I'm taking, BUT don't take it everyday (50mg is a lot) as it might fuck up your copper/zinc balance.
That's why I take 6.2mg one day and 50mg another day.

As for Magnesium I can't see the product

I personally take the following regularly:
-Bulkpowders 5000IU Vitamin D
-Bulkpowders Optizinc 30mg Zinc
-Now foods zinc picolinate 50mg

Every now and then I also take 200mg magnesium supplements.

If you want to eat a food that contains a Shit ton of micronutrients go with broccoli.

Eat 150g daily of raw broccoli and you will ascend (been doing it for a month)

Vitamin C makes your skin look better.
Potassium balances out sodium, making you look less bloated
Calcium gets absorbed and is used for bones remodeling
Sulforaphane may reduce cancer and seems to relieve autism symptoms

Also broccoli act as mild anti estrogen, and highen your testosterone, on top of fighting free radicals

Well, k2 if you want to take it it's pretty good for bone remodeling, I personally have never supplemented it.

I'd suggest eating broccoli tbh
