It's not only for validation. An evaluation of face & psl score is pretty important. Obiously a good result will validate someone but that's just how it is.

Quite good, lose fat if it looks undefined when not jutting, shave off the stubble and improve skin quality by increasing cardio and washing+moisturizing face every day and take 500mg vit c and 30mg zinc.
