Most tend to be around temple length if they are going for a soft appearance.

If you want to have curtains but still have somewhat of a defined face and in some ways accentuate it have it only go down to eyebrows.

You don’t want to have tiktoker hairstyle you want it to look somewhat natural so have your hair slowly transition around the sides and back honestly.

If your ES ratio is fucked go for cheekbone length.

short sides make it seem like you have a narrower skull so you need to ask them to keep some weight on the sides to basically fraud a wider appearance. You can still have it get shorter on the sides but you need the portions that frame the face to come down to the widest portion of the cheekbones to properly fraud.

If that doesn’t appeal to you go with curtains around eyebrow length ngl.
