TLDR: For relationships all you need is a lovable appearance + personality. This is the only realistic approach for normies because ONS will require too much effort to be worth it.
So what is a lovable appearance? First of all, this is for LTN-HTN only. For truecels I am afraid it really is over. Chadlites and above will have no issues with this anyway.
The 3 pillars of lovability are:
- Symmetry and no major failos
- Skin and grooming
- Personality
- (Bonus) Physique + money
It's simple. The criteria for being lovable imo is another person being able to look at you in the eyes after waking up next to you and not have negative emotions. Unlike what this forum and the blackpill community says, slaying isn't the end goal, and you don't need to be a chadlite to live a good life and have a woman fall in love with you.
SYMMETRY AND FAILOS:
This is the hardest one because it requires surgery to fix if serious. I'm talking crooked noses, asymmetrical jaws/chins, droopy eyes, etc... A symmetrical face looks good and healthy even if not attractive at all. Some other failos that affect lovability and must be fixed ASAP are paper-thin lips, badly recessed jaws and big outwardly ears.
SKIN AND GROOMING:
This one is by far the most overlooked one in the BP community. If you are MTN but have the hygiene of a homeless man from Kabul, it's not your genetics steering women away from you. Some things you MUST do are:
- Get a pearly white aligned smile. Not even Lucky Blue Smith pulled off his old crooked ass teeth.
- Have near perfect skin at all costs. ZERO ACNE. Bonus if you have a little glow.
- Luscious sub-NW1 hair is OBLIGATORY, being bald or NW2+ is a giga-looksmin. HT OR DEATH + DYE YOUR HAIR IF NOT DARK OR BLONDE
- Get a good haircut please. No buzzcuts and no stupid shit. If you're young get a trendy haircut.
- Facial hair must be adapted to your individual appearance, but generally a clean shaved look or a stubble goes very well + control your body hair please
- Beautiful dark eyelashes + eyebrows make you look more youthful and even compensate eyelid exposure to a good degree.
- Deep voice. Take care of your throat and diaphragm + maybe try the cope methods like chants and primal screaming.
- Wear contacts instead of glasses.
- Dress well please, not the way Wheat Waffles says, look at some fits on pinterest that suit your age.
- BE LEAN FOR THE LOVE OF GOD
Most of this is water but I'd bet not even 40% of you are actually maxxed in this department. All of this would put even Mark Zuckerberg in low HTN tier.
PERSONALITY:
By far the easiest one to fix since it's entirely psychological. Basically the "be confident bro" and the "be funny bro!" debacle. It's a meme but it helps a lot, especially when your appearance can't carry you (which in your case can't). Also, be a good person in general. Dark Triad only works for intimidating low trust guys who don't force it.
A low inhib funny confident MTN guy with good hygiene lifemogs most people.
IF YOU HAVE THESE 3 DEPARTMENTS LOCKED DOWN (WHICH YOU CAN) YOU CAN GET A DECENT LOVING RELATIONSHIP.
Essentially just go looksmaxx correctly and quit rotting.
