This will never happen because it would create too much of an oppourtunity for voter fraud. But it is nonetheless an interesting calculation. Would the net number of children born to conservative citizens (less those born to liberal citizens), exceed the number of children born in the US to illegal immigrants and other non citizens. Possibly his proposal would not allow the children born in the US to non citizens to have a vote, but I doubt that would stand on a Court challenge.
