Jealousy is honestly top 3 worst feelings ever and I can't fucking stand it. This sounds stupid but when my girlfriend talks to another guy or compliments someone like "he's so funny" it just pisses me off and I just go quiet after stuff like this happens. She's really is amazing but I just have this feeling of jealousy and overthinking that's just is so taxing. Is there any way to ease this or does just stay or get worse?
