Jeremy Meeks - nose septum size

Can someone tell if Jeremy Meeks' nose septum is equal to mine or it's bigger or smaller than mine?

Do I need a surgical removal of the septum?

If not removal, then at least a reduction? Here is a photo. Look at what is in red, the other colors are about other questions I discussed earlier with another person. Is the septum protruding too outward or downward?

Jeremy Meeks is not recessed. He may look recessed in that photo, because his head is tilted forward.
