I wanted to buy a single plot of land on Koh Samui and build a villa for myself, non commercial purposes, using the nominee setup. But of course Jews abused it, squeezing everything they could out of the current policies, buying up all the land and developing it for AirBnB and resort purposes and now thai government is closing this option.

The islands of Koh Samui/Phangan/Tao are also beautiful asf. Practice being present in the moment and it's breathtaking to compare it to what my life pulled be if I stayed in Virginia.
