If you have to be less than 12% bodyfat for your bone structure to show then it indicates below average bone structure for sure. Having to go below 10% is even worse and indicates very poor bone structure. Besides, being that low is worse for your health indicators. It doesn't look natural.

Yeah, ideal bodyfat collectively speaking is around that 12 - 15% range. You've got like 20%+ bodyfat to lose which would make a profound difference if you have the bone structure to go with it.

one more issue is that people overestimate how disgustingly fat they are and they think they are 12% while being 16%

No I'm saying that going below 10% is unnecessary and it's unstainstable as hell just to maintain some below average bone structure that the extra leanness will help emphasise more clearly. It really is a struggle to the point where it's not worth the trade off imo.

it is worth the trade off if u actually have some muscle mass and can survive at 9-10%, ofc the skinny 40kg indian retards wont survive 10% since they are just bones at that point
