The new testosterone that isn't converted to DHT because of finasteride gets instead converted into estrogen which is why some people develop gyno among other side-effects linked to high estrogen.

That should help reduce sexual side effects I think. But then you'd have to take some form of estrogen blocker or your risk of developing gyno would be even higher with all that T floating around.
