Just had a customer try to mock my colleague who’s similar age to me saying ‘you work at a train station’ and ‘you only makes 24k a year max’
All because we stopped him cos he didn’t pay for a ticket. Probably can’t afford one the scruff.
Anyway even though I wasn’t involved I butted in the argument to defend him and burst out laughing in his face bragging that we can actually make £55-65k a year ($70-80k) That’s a good salary in North of England) and he thinks we was chatting chit saying no chance lol.
He doesn’t understand us railroad moggers are massive niche’s in the UK, myself I myself have posted proof multiple times on here of making £4k+ a month.
Yes we work an unskilled job on paper, not gonna beat around the bush BUT because we’re heavily unionised we can make more than some skilled workers in the UK because of massive bonus pay especially for overtime/weekend/nights.
The militant unions are the reason for this.
Idgaf if my job has a bad rep if I make good money from it.
Here’s proof of last weeks hours/pay.
£1347/$1690 in one week.
That’s £5300/$6760 in a month
That’s £64k/$80 per year.
